Method
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Mix together the oats, nuts, seeds and salt.
- Stir in the Energy* and the oil. Stir to coat well.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Leave to cool completely to achieve a crispy texture.
- To assemble, divide the yoghurt between four bowls.
Add the cooled granola and fresh fruit of your choice. - Just before serving, drizzle with Énergie* Lune de Miel®.
- This honey-based mixture adds a subtle floral note and naturally rounds off the flavour profile of the bowl.
*Manganese contributes to normal energy metabolism.
Tips & Variations
Enjoy it at breakfast, as a snack, or after a workout. For a bit of variety, Energy* Lune de Miel® can also be added to a hot drink or blended into a smoothie.

- 2 tbsp coconut oil
