Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and honey together.
Add the milk, then the melted butter, cooled to lukewarm. - Gradually stir the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt)
- Whisk until the mixture is smooth and slightly thick, then leave to rest for 5 minutes at room temperature.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and pour in about half a ladleful of batter per pancake. When bubbles start to appear on the surface (1.5–2 minutes), flip them over and continue cooking for 1 minute.
- Repeat the process until you run out of batter.
- Make pancakes in different sizes to create shapes (bees, teddy bears, etc.) and decorate them with fresh fruit before drizzling them with Miel Ourson Lune de Miel®
Tips & Variations
For even fluffier pancakes, replace 50ml of the milk with 1 tablespoon of plain yoghurt, or leave the batter to rest for 10 minutes before cooking: this will make the texture lighter.
